Not sure how to start this Review. but i would be extremely careful when choosing these guys. The negative reviews are absolutely true. I was told to go here for engine diagnostic and I can report I'm extremely concerned about the knowledge they have and experience. I talked to three different people there and they don't talk too each other because I had to tell those people the issue I was having. it was there for two days and both days I had to call and see if I could get an update. my truck idle rough and you can see the tachometer moves up and down. truck shakes and you can see the shake in the mirrors and feel it in the seats and floor. almost like a medium cam but it's stock. I can almost certainly say they didn't look at it. because dodge said same thing about rough idle. I drove two trucks with my engine and they did not do this. I told them about the tachometer and they said we didn't notice the tachometer move. I told them about the jerking it does in traffic while you coast. they didn't notice that. they said they would do a leak down test for jasper engines and they didn't. they didn't do 1 thing for two days jasper wanted. this place concerns me with lack of willingness and attention to detail. please find someplace else or you will be let down. I wish google would let me upload a video of the tachometer so you can see but it only let's you do pictures.
